Privacy and personal data policy

2. Legal framework and principles
This policy follows Colombian Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 as compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015, and subsequent rules. We apply legality, purpose, freedom, accuracy, transparency, restricted access, security and confidentiality.
3. Data processed
The form asks for enquiry type, name, email, optional phone and message. The server uses the IP address temporarily for abuse prevention but does not add it to the email or a contact database. With measurement consent, Google Analytics 4 may process technical identifiers and usage data under the GTM configuration.
We do not request ID documents, photographs, bank details or sensitive data on this website. The official member register is held in FC Barcelona’s system under its own terms.
4. Purpose and consent
Form data is used only to answer the enquiry, assist membership, handle ticket or travel enquiries and manage the requested institutional relationship. The form checkbox obtains prior, express and informed authorisation.
Measurement is activated only with consent and can be withdrawn through “Cookie privacy” in the footer. We do not use personalisation advertising.
5. Retention and recipients
The endpoint does not save form content in a database; it emails it to the Association’s configured address. The mailbox may retain the message for the reasonable period needed to answer it and meet applicable duties.
6. Your rights
You may access, update, correct or request deletion; ask for proof of consent; learn how data was used; withdraw consent where applicable; complain to Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; and access your data free of charge. Email info@pbcc.com.co with enough information to identify the enquiry.
7. Security
We use data minimisation, server-side form validation, HTTPS, rate limiting and security headers. No system is infallible; relevant incidents will be handled under applicable law.
8. Children
Enquiries from minors should be made with a parent or guardian’s knowledge. Official registration may require representative consent. Do not send sensitive information about minors through the form.
9. Cookies and local storage
The site stores the consent choice in the browser. Google Tag Manager and GA4 do not load until measurement is accepted. The choice can be changed from the footer link.
10. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page before taking effect where required by law.
